An Introduction to Leadership:

There were two things I wanted to accomplish with my first book. The first was to keep it short enough to be an easy read, and the second was to offer a universal definition of leadership that I have worked on for over twenty years. I hope I succeeded in both, and this book brings you more value than the simple cost of the time and money expended.
